This charming 4-bedroom residence has undergone renovations and provides a cozy atmosphere in a prime location. Nestled on 5 acres of lush wooded landscapes with picturesque views, the property offers convenient access to various attractions such as snowmobile trails leading to the national forest, Wolford Mountain or Red Dirt Reservoirs within a 7-mile radius. Additionally, it is within an hour’s drive to renowned ski resorts like Winter Park and Steamboat Springs under the IKON pass, or one can opt for the EPIC resorts of Vail and Copper Mountain for a delightful skiing experience.
