The upper level offers a private area featuring comfortable sofas ideal for relaxation, reading or watching television.  It also grants access to the primary bedroom, which is furnished with a king-sized bed, boasts vaulted wooden ceilings and includes a full bathroom equipped with dual vanities and a shower.
The second and third bedrooms are located on the main floor, featuring a shared bathroom in the hallway.  One bedroom is furnished with a Queen bed while the other contains both a Queen bed and a twin bed.

A vehicle with All Wheel Drive or equipped with snow tires is recommended for accessing this home during heavy snowfall.  The property includes a outdoor parking and 2 car garage parking. 
Smoking is not allowed as per the Homeowner Association rules.  It is strictly prohibited for guests to smoke in the property.  Violators will be fined $200 per day.
