Relax on the comfortable sofa in the living room while admiring the gas fireplace, flat screen TV with Blu-Ray, cable TV or the scenery visible through the sliding glass doors leading to the private balcony. Ventures outside to utilize the gas grill and appreciate the peaceful woods, occasional wildlife sightings and distant mountain vista that make this second floor location a desirable spot.  The sofa in the living room doubles as a sleeper sofa with a high-quality memory foam mattress.  Please note that there is no air conditioning available.
The renovated kitchen features hardwood flooring, wooden cabinetry, stainless steel appliances and new countertops.  It provides an ideal space for meals preparation while allowing for engagement in conversations, as it overlooks the open layout of the room and is adjacent to the dining area, which includes a spacious wooden table and chairs that can comfortably accommodate up six individuals.
The master bedroom is equipped with log furnishings for a Queen sized bed, a flat screen cable TV and attached master bathroom with dual vanity sinks and a full shower enclosure.  The second bedroom includes a captain's bunk with a trundle, along with a private bathroom, making it ideal for 3 singles or as a kid's room.  Additionally, it offers bonus amenities such as a flat screen TV with access to Blu-Ray.  The property also provides easy shuttle access on the free town shuttle, and is conveniently located within a short walk to Beaver Village Clubhouse and  downtown Winter Park. 
The Clubhouse offers a range of amenities such as heated indoor pool, hot tubs, laundry facility, lounge area with a fireplace, flat screen TV and complimentary Wi-Fi access.  Additionally, guests have the option to rent the meeting room and self-catering kitchen area for a fee.
Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association.  These regulations will be rigorously upheld, with a $200 fine imposed on guests who violate them.

Wonderful Surprise
A group of of ski every year at several major areas. This year took us to Telluride, Copper Mountain and Winter Park. We booked this unit before reading several bad reviews regarding other units at Beaver Village. We joked on the drive from Copper that it would at least be better than camping out in the woods. As we drove by the main highway we saw some very decrepit looking buildings that said Beaver Village.- do not be misled, these are NOT where you will be staying. A road turns up the hill and you will find several buildings along the way. Continue to the top of the road and you will find building 7. Upon entry to the unit we were met with newly renovated condo. This is one of the best condos we have stayed in during the past 15 years of skiing. The kitchen is well appointed with quality appliances and rivals my own kitchen in quality and quantity of materials. The master bedroom has a king sized bed and the other bedroom has a double bunk bed. The couch in the living room is a pull out bed. There are two bathrooms. Those bad reviews might be accurate about other units, but Unit 7-23 is well furnished and newly upgraded. As sated above, the bus picks up every 15 minutes from the main building. Be advised, if you stay in Building 7 the bus stops here only hourly. Suggestion - have someone take you to the main building. Not only is the bus free, but it is better than having someone drop you off in the parking lot a Winter Park. The parking lot requires that you walk the long bridge down to the lift area. If you take the bus, it drops you off directly in front of the lift area. We plan to return to this unit next year. Thank you to the owners for providing such an excellent unit.

You can\'t beat the location, with easy access to Winter Park (access to shuttle), and near the town for restaurants. The unit has all the amenities for comfort. Cute winter decor. All in all, we had a wonderful stay and would come here again.
