This charming, expansive and recently renovated two bedroom residence provides an excellent location for you and your family to experience the Winter Park region. There is hardwood flooring throughout which enhances the authentic mountain lodge ambiance, complementing the mountain-themed décor.  The spacious kitchen features new countertops, wooden cabinetry, and appliances along with a breakfast bar that accommodates four individuals.  The dining area offers additional seating for up to six guests.  In the living room, comfortable sofas invite relaxation while enjoying the flat screen TV, gas fireplace and views of the Winter Park Resort from the private deck.  Please note that there is no air conditioning.
The master bedroom is equipped with a king-sized bed, a flat screen TV and an en-suite bathroom.  The second bedroom contains Captain's bunk bed and there is an additional sleeping option available on the sofa sleeper located in the living room.  A second full bathroom is conveniently located in the hallway.
The structure is situated within the 15 to 20 cul-de-sac of the property, allowing for a brief stroll to the clubhouse and mere steps away from the complimentary town shuttle stop.  This particular unit is located on the second floor of this building.
The Clubhouse offers a range of amenities such as heated indoor pool, hot tubs, laundry facility, lounge area with a fireplace, flat screen TV and complimentary Wi-Fi access.  Additionally, guests have the option to rent the meeting room and self-catering kitchen area for a fee.
Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association.  These regulations will be rigorously upheld, with a $200 fine imposed on guests who violate them.
